The best open pollinated Chinese Cabbage we’ve grown. A newly bred variety; Auslese has performed well in Victoria, NSW, and SE QLD, outperforming other OP varieties in our trials. Best suited to cool season production, heads are slow-bolting and have a delicious sweet flavour.
